Nice clean room. Air exchanger worked well to warm up room.

Checking in was smooth and simple. Breakfast was gorgeous. Location was perfect for everything within 15 minutes. I felt safe. The cleaners, catering staff snd receptionists were all friendly, very helpful and welcoming. I enjoyed the hot showers. The manager was not too busy to be available to talk about the artwork in the hotel foyer. The kettle boiled water super fast! Tourist attraction brochure stand at reception was very helpful. I had more than enough towels.

The staff were excellent! Very easy to deal with and very welcoming and helpful. 24 hour check in. On the whole very quiet hotel, ten minutes walk to the centre. Breakfast was simple but very good and a good choice of beverages and food. Rooms were refreshed very nicely each day.

We had a room with a view over Ria de Formosa which was lovely. Room was very light and bright and comfortable and clean. Everything we needed including tea/coffee facilities and the bathroom had obviously recently been refurbished and was excellent. Also all the lights worked which they often don't in hotel rooms. The staff were lovely and helpful and always available. Location was very central which was great. Would definitely come back and stay again.

My stay at the hotel was truly enjoyable. It’s perfectly located just a short walk from the old city, and Felipe at reception was exceptionally helpful and friendly—he gave me great directions to delicious local restaurants and we had a lovely conversation about kayaking. His warm conversation made me feel very welcome.
